Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and evaluation method of the open mode of students′ self-management training room.Methods From September 2014 to March 2016,the nursing students who needed to study in the open training room were selected as the research object.According to the different grades,they were divided into control group (n=108) and observation group (n=152).In the control group,the teacher-led management mode was used,while in the observation group,the student self-management mode was adopted.The questionnaire was filled at the end of the study.The class hour and score of skill performance in the two groups were compared.The opinions on opening training room by these students were investigated and analyzed in the observation group.Results The number of class hours after class in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group (t=2.503,P=0.028).Students in the observation group were satisfied with opening training room (all x>4).The scores of aseptic technique and intravenous infusion in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group.The excellent and good rate in the observation group was also higher in comparison with that in the control group (χ2=4.305,P=0.038),which were displayed statistical differences in nursing performance (all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the students′self-management mode in the training room stimulates their enthusiasm to learn,improve their skills,and promote the improvement of the overall quality of students.Simultaneously,the utilization of training room has been increased.
