Abstract:Objective To explore an effective and feasible interventions to improve the academic emotions of health worker and improve learning outcomes.Methods A total of 30 people were selected from 109 health workers who were trained in our hospital from April to October 2016.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 15 people.The 5-week group counseling was conducted in the experimental group,and the general academic emotions survey was conducted in the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention.Results After 5 times of group counseling,the positive scores of the health workers in the experimental group were significantly improved,the negative emotional scores decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the study,relaxation,anger,disappointment,pleasure,hope and interest.Conclusion Group counseling can improve health workers′academic emotions,and the method is effective and feasible.
