Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application of nursing risk management model in hospitalized psychotic patients.MethodsFrom June 2014 to December 2016,82 cases of hospitalized psychiatric patients in our hospital were selected as the objects of study,and according to different nursing management modes divided into routine group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The routine nursing management mode was adopted in the conventional group,and the observation group was treated with the nursing risk management mode.The accident situation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.ResultsIn the observation group,the incidence rate of accidents(4.88%)was lower than the conventional group (19.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the death rate(0.00%)was lower than the conventional group(9.76%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(95.12%)was higher than that of the conventional group(78.05%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of nursing risk management in hospitalized psychiatric patients can reduce the incidence of accidents and improve the quality of nursing staff,so as to improve the satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
