延续性护理对泌尿系结石患者疾病认知、自我管理能力及复发的影响

摘要目的探讨延续性护理对泌尿系结石患者疾病认知、自我管理能力及复发的影响。方法选取2015年6～12月我院收治的80例泌尿系结石患者作为对照组，另选2016年1～7月我院收治的80例泌尿系结石患者作为观察组。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上实施延续性护理，观察两组患者疾病认知情况、自我管理能力以及疾病复发情况。结果观察组患者的认知率为93.75%，明显较对照组（82.50%）高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者遵医嘱、饮水饮食、运动、体重控制以及定期复查情况均明显优于对照组，复发率明显较对照组低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对泌尿系结石患者实施延续性护理，可有效地提高患者对疾病的认知率，提高患者自我管理能力，还可有效降低术后疾病的复发率。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of continuous nursing on illness cognition，self-management skill and recurrence in patients with urinary calculi.Methods80 patients with urinary calculi admitted into the hospital from June to December 2015 were selected as the control group,and 80 patients with urinary calculi admitted into the hospital from January to July 2016 were selected as the observation group.Patients in the control group was given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group was given continuous nursing based on the control group.The illness cognition,self-management skill and recurrence in two groups were observed.ResultsThe cognitive rate of observation group(93.75%)was higher than that of control group(82.50%),with statistical difference(P＜0.05).The obeying doctors′advice，drinking and diet,exercise,weight control,regular examination in the observation group were better than those in the control group,but the recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).ConclusionContinuous nursing in patients with urinary calculi can increase the rate of illness cognition,enhance the self-management skill of patients and effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
