Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of Lamaze delivery combined with nursing intervention on labor pain, labor progress, and spontaneous labor rate.MethodsA total of 60 pregnant women visited our clinics in our hospital from May 2014 to August 2015 were selected as observation objects.By a random number table, they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The nursing and pregnancy care by obstetrical clinics and pregnancy school were applied in both groups.Besides, regular nursing was provided in the control group, and Lamaze labor breathing training was adopted in the observation group. The SPSS 17.0 analysis was used to analyze the spontaneous rate, labor duration, and pain tolerance, and so on.ResultsThe rate of spontaneous delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the observation group was significantly decreased compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of labor(including first, second, and total labor)in the observation group was markedly shorter in comparison with that in the control group, which was displayed a statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of Lamaze delivery and nursing intervention is beneficial to reduce the pain degree of pregnant women, promote the labor process, and increase the rate of spontaneous delivery.
