黄芪颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能和生活质量的影响

摘要目的研究黄芪注射液联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2016年12月于朝阳市第二医院儿科门诊就诊的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿88例，将其随机分为对照组44例和治疗组44例。两组均给予孟鲁司特钠治疗，同时治疗组在此基础上口服黄芪颗粒，治疗3个月。比较两组的临床疗效、两组治疗前后的肺功能和生活质量。结果治疗组的总有效率为95%，明显高于对照组的86%（P＜0.05）。治疗组患儿治疗后的肺功能明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组的生活质量各维度评分和总分均明显高于治疗前（P＜0.05），但对照组仅有症状和活动评分明显高于治疗前（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后的生活质量各维度评分和总分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论黄芪颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠可明显改善患儿的肺功能和生活质量，提高临床疗效。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of Astragalus Granules combined with Montelukast sodium on pulmonary function and life quality in children with cough variation asthma.MethodsEighty-eight children with cough variation asthma treated in outpatient of Department of Pediatrics in the Second Hospital of Chaoyang City from January 2014 and December 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=44)and the treatment group (n=44).The two groups were given Montelukast sodium treatment,at the same time,on the basis of this,the treatment group was given oral Astragalus Granules,and patients were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared,and the lung function and the life quality before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95%vs.86%,P＜0.05).The lung function of the treatment group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,each dimension score and total score of life quality in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),but the symptoms and activity scores in the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The score of each dimension and total score of the life quality in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionAstragalus Granules combined with Montelukast sodium can obviously improve the lung function and life quality in disease children,and improve the clinical effect.
