Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence of autism among community children and related factors.MethodsFrom June 2016 to June 2017,453 infants aged from 18 to 24 months in the community were selected as the subjects.Autism screening was conducted by using the infant communication and symbolic behavior development scale (CSBSDP).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of autistic screening for children with autism.ResultsSocial interaction, language features and symbolic behavior of suspicious rate is 2.65%,5.96%and 3.97%respectively,total score suspicious for 21 cases, positive rate was 4.64%.Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in gender, gestational age, anemia, parental relationship, educational style and parental education(χ2=8.34,28.66,10.50,22.92,48.83,51.20,6.53,5.98,P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that boys,anxiety/depression during pregnancy, premature birth and anemia were risk factors for autism in children(OR=1.869,1.569,1.457,1.682),and harmonious in parental relationship, persuasion education and parental education were the protective factors of autism(OR=0.547,0.422,0.532,0.557).ConclusionThere is a certain proportion of autistic people in the 18-24 months population, and are affected by a variety of factors.
