Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of high-risk HPV infection and local microcirculation in patients with bacterial vaginal diseases, and to provide a reliable basis for the treatment of the disease.MethodsFrom July 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis in 350 patients as the experimental group, select the same period of 350 cases of healthy women as the reference group. The HPV infection and local microcirculation were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe HPV16,HPV18 and other high-risk HPV infection rates were 31.14%,34.86%and 32.29%in the experimental group, which were significantly higher than those in the reference group(6.86%,7.71%and 5.43%,respectively).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The severe infection rate of HPV16,HPV18 and other high-risk HPVs in the experimental group was significantly higher than the moderate infection rate, and the moderate infection rate was significantly higher than the mild infection rate, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The composition of the cervix in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, and the color was light red, that is,the microcirculation normal state was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).In the experimental group, the prevalence of cyanosis, dark red and redness of cervix was significantly higher than that of moderate constitution, and the ratio of moderate constitution was significantly higher than that of mild constitution both were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diameter of capillary tube, blood perfusion and microvessel diameter of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group, the microvascular diameter, the capillary diameter and the severity of blood flow instillation were mildly higher than moderate and moderately higher than those in severe group(P<0.05).ConclusionBacterial vaginosis patients with high-risk HPV infection rate was significantly higher than healthy women, local microcirculation changes were significantly worse than healthy women, indicators for the degree of the patient′s disease has a certain significance, clinical aspects should be increased attention and intervention.
