Abstract:ObjectiveTo study and analyze the epidemiological characteristics and related risk factors of precocious puberty in local children.MethodsA total of 125 children with precocious puberty treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study group and 125 healthy children underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The clinical data of all the subjects were collected and analyzed retrospectively.All subjects were tested for bone age,estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone,test osterone and luteinizing hormone.The related information of two groups of subjects was analyzed to understand the epidemiological characteristics of precocious puberty in children,and the related risk factors was analyzed.ResultsChildren′s precocious puberty was related to the family environment pollution nearby,mother′s occupation,mother′s age of menarche,whether the mother protect fetus during pregnancy,whether parents relationship coordination,whether a family history of premature,living area,birth weight,like emotional shows and novels,eat western fast food,eat nutrition tonic,eat food contains pigment and preservative,eat high protein food and so on (P<0.05).Living area,liked emotional programs and novels,often eat western fast food,often eat nutrition tonic,often eat food contains pigment and preservative,often eat high protein food were the independent risk factors for children′s precocious puberty (P<0.05).ConclusionChildren′s precocious puberty affected by many factors,a reasonable diet,proper tending,to create a good environment,can help reduce the occurrence of precocious puberty in children.
