直肠癌采用腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术治疗临床效果观察

摘要目的探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术应用于直肠癌患者中的临床价值。方法选取2011年4月13日～2016年5月5日我院收治的90例直肠癌患者作为研究对象，将其完全随机分为两组，每组各45例。对照组患者实施开腹切除术，观察组患者采取腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术。比较两组患者的临床效果、失血量及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的失血量[（45.13±6.29）ml]低于对照组[（182.81±11.54）ml]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率（77.78%）高于对照组（57.78%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的社会关系、物质生活、心理状态及生理功能评分[（83.97±3.82）、（86.35±2.42）、（85.04±3.43）及（80.86±2.38）分]高于对照组[（74.76±4.31）、（79.20±2.25）、（75.71±3.39）及（71.82±3.13）分]，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在直肠癌患者治疗中，应用腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术，效果确切，具有创伤小、预后佳等优势，值得推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in patients with rectal cancer.MethodsFrom April 13,2011 to May 5,2016,90 cases of rectal cancer patients who treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to completely random average method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open resection and the laparoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.The clinical effect,blood loss and life quality score were compared.ResultsThe blood loss of patients in the observation group was[(45.13±6.29)ml],it was lower than that in the control group[(182.81±11.54)ml],and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group(77.78%)was higher than that in the control group(57.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the social relations,material life,mental state and physical function scores of patients in the observation group[(83.97±3.82),(86.35±2.42),(85.04±3.43)and (80.86±2.38)points]were higher than those in the control group [(74.76±4.31),(79.20±2.25),(75.71±3.39)and(71.82±3.13)point],and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of rectal cancer,laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is effective,with the advantages of small trauma and good prognosis.It′s worth spreading.
