Abstract：Objective By observing the patients′ clinical manifestations,to evaluate the effect of laparoscopic complete peritoneal inguinal hernia repair using systemic holistic nursing.Methods 70 cases of inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method,35 cases in each group.The control group of patients were treated with routine care,the patients in the observation group were treated with systemic care.The clinical data of the two groups were recorded，including two groups of patients with urinary retention,constipation,bleeding and edema and the incidence of pain,drainage tube patency rate,the patients′ postoperative eating and out of bed time and hospital length and so on.Results The incidence of urinary retention,constipation,hemorrhagic edema and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patency rate of drainage tube in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients postoperative eating and out of bed time and hospital length were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic complete retroperitoneal inguinal hernia repair system after the use of systemic care effect is significant,can effectively promote postoperative recovery.Reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention,constipation,bleeding and edema and pain.In improving the patency rate of drainage tube has a positive significance,and make the patients′ postoperative eating time,get out of bed practice and hospital stay significantly shorter.So it can be used in clinical practice.
