Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with cholecystolithiasis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,100 patients presenting with pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were enrolled.According the the order of admission, they were divided into control group (n=50) and research group (n=50).The patients in the control group were provided with routine nursing, and the patients in the research group were provided with routine nursing combined with evidence-based nursing intervention. The pain duration and VAS score between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was a significant difference in the duration of pain after surgery between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS score between the two groups was displayed a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with pain after laparoscopy is effective, and can effectively improve the degree of postoperative pain, shorten the pain duration, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
