Abstract:Objective To explore the causes of skin pruritus in maintenance hemodialysis patients and the nursing countermeasures. Methods 48 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to odd and even numbers,24 cases in each group. The control group was used routine nursing intervention, the observation group was used target nursing intervention.Followed by comparison of two groups of negative emotions, adverse events, satisfaction, skin pruritus symptom score. Results The satisfaction rate (100.00%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (80.00%),the incidence of adverse events (1.67%),pruritus symptom score [(1.02±0.23) points] and anxiety score [(12.02±1.35) points],depression score [(11.04±1.53) points] were lower than those in control group (20.00%),pruritus symptom score [(2.86±0.74) points],anxiety score [(23.69±2.74) points],depression score [(22.86±2.86) points],the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion After analyzing the pruritus factors in maintenance hemodialysis patients, the targeted nursing intervention can improve the pruritus symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
