优化急诊护理流程在头外伤患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨优化急诊护理流程在头外伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2~11月急诊科收治的57例头外伤患者为对照组，对该组实施传统急诊护理流程；随机选择2016年1~11月急诊科收治的57例头外伤患者为干预组，对该组实施优化护理流程干预。评价两组患者接诊、分诊评估、用药、急救用时，评估患者的抢救成功率、护理质量评分。结果干预组患者接诊、分诊评估、用药、急救过程用时均短于对照组（P<0.05）。干预组患者的抢救成功率高于对照组（χ2=5.402，P=0.020）。干预组患者家属对急诊流程护理质量的评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论优化急诊护理流程干预可有效提高抢救成功率，缩短急诊各护理流程用时，提高科室护理质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of optimizing emergency nursing process in patients with head injury.Methods 57 patients with head injury from February to November 2015 of emergency department were selected as the control group,and given with traditional emergency nursing process,while 57 patients with head injury from January to November 2016 of emergency department were randomly selected as the intervention group,and given with optimizing emergency nursing process.The time of admission,triage and evaluation,medication and first aid,rescue success rate and nursing quality score in the two groups were evaluated.Results The time of admission,triage and evaluation, and first aid in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The rescue success rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group (χ2=5.402,P=0.020).The nursing quality score for family members of patients in the intervention group was higher than that in the intervention group (P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing emergency nursing process intervention can effectively improve the success rate of rescue,shorten the time of nursing process of emergency and improve the nursing quality of department.
