Abstract:Objective To understand outpatients′ requirements of pharmaceutical service and to provide basis for the pharmacists exploring how to improve the pharmaceutical service quality.Methods From July to August 2016,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 patients who took medicine in the dispensary of a hospital.The content of the patients′ satisfaction degree with pharmacist service and the demand for new pharmaceutical service developed were studied,and the data were analyzed according to the results of the questionnaire survey.Results 181 valid questionnaires were collected.97.8% of the patients were informed about the therapeutic regimens;82.3% were aware of drug safety;98.3% were satisfied with the attitude of the pharmacists.Conclusion Pharmacists are expected to provide more professional pharmaceutical service and plumb personalized pharmaceutical services in order to strengthen the information construction of pharmacy.
