Abstract:Objective To investigate the psychological stress and psychological resilience in emergency observation patients,and to analyze its correlation.Methods 232 patients in the emergency observation room of our hospital from June to December 2016 were selected as the subjects,and investigated by stress-reaction questionnaire and Chinese adult Resilience Scale.Results The patients psychological pressure reaction score was (53.79±10.44) points,the emotional response and body reaction score were significantly higher than the national norm,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).The behavioral response was significantly lower than the national norm,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The resilience score was (80.07±14.97) points,and the coping style in solving focus was the highest score,in the acceptance was the lowest score.There were negatively correlated between the total score of resilience and the scores of each dimension were with emotional response and somatic reaction score (P<0.01),and positively correlated with behavioral response score (P<0.05).Conclusion There are widespread psychological stress reactions in emergency observation patients,the psychological resilience is closely related to psychological pressure,and clinical doctors and nurses can provide targeted nursing according to their specific psychological resilience,so as to promote the rehabilitation of diseases.
