优质护理在老年性左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者中的应用效果

摘要目的分析优质护理在老年性左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月~2016年11月我院收治的150例老年性左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者实施常规护理,对照组患者实施优质护理。比较两组患者的护理应用效果。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率（5.33%）低于对照组（16.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者术后留置尿管时间[（157.01±32.02）h]、下床活动平均时间[（79.11±23.01）h]及造瘘口排气时间[（62.10±10.32）h]均短于对照组[（306.12±35.16）、（115.45±35.02）、（85.17±20.16）h],差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论通过对老年性左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者实施优质护理,不仅能改善各项指标,还能避免并发症的发生,值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in senile patients with left colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.Methods From October 2015 to November 2016,150 senile patients with left colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing and the patients in the control group were treated with high quality nursing.The application effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups.Results The complication incidence of patients in the observation group was 5.33%,it was lower than that in control group (16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the observation group,the postoperative indwelling catheter time [(157.01±32.02)h],the average time of bed activity [(79.11±23.01)h] and the fistula exhaust time [(62.10±10.32)h] were shorter than those of the control group [(306.12±35.16),(115.45±35.02),(85.17±20.16)h],the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion It is not only can improve the indexes by implementing high quality nursing for senile patients with left colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction,but also can prevent the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
