Abstract：Objective To analyze the nursing effect of Hemabate combined with uterine strap suture technique in postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,70 cases puerperae of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital as the research objects,randomly divided into control group and study group.The puerperae in control group were given oxytocin combined with traditional suture for treatment,the puerperae in study group were treated with Hemabate combined with uterine strap suture technique.The treatment effect of puerperae after treatment in two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The blood volume of puerperae in intraoperative,postoperative 2 h and postoperative 24 h in the study group were significantly lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of puerperae in the study group (8.5%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (28.5%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hemabate combined with uterine strap suture technique in postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section has the advantages of good effect and high safety.With the corresponding nursing measures,not only increases maternal quality of life,but also increases maternal happiness index,it can be widely promoted and used in clinical practice.
