Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the intervention effect and value of predictive nursing measures in the concurrent operational nursing of craniocerebral defect with hydrocephalus. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,108 cases patients with craniocerebral defect combined with hydrocephalus operated concurrently in our hospital were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 patients in each group. All patients were treated with surgical treatment, and the control group was given routine intervention, while the observation group was coordinated with the predictive nursing intervention. The average hospital stay, hospitalization cost, satisfaction and intraoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no death case occurred in this study.Aftert herapy, patients were successfully discharged from the hospital. The average hospital stay of patients in observation group was shorter than the control group, hospitalization cost was lower than the control group, satisfaction was higher than the control group, the intraoperative complications of patients in observation group (5.56%) was lower than that in the control group (22.22%),the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with craniocerebral defect and hydrocephalus operated concurrently, application of predictive nursing measures as an intervention guidance can effectively improve patients′ clinical symptoms as well as prognosis, which is worthy of promotion.
