Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value and effect of early contact occupation accomplishment of medical students training.Methods From September 2015 to June 2016,615 medical students in our College were selected,and 441 medical students who with early exposure of clinical activity as the experimental group,while 174 cases those without early contact with clinical and only was given the traditional basic theory course of medical students as the control group.The occupation literacy (the understanding of the basic medical procedure of hospital medical work understanding,occupation literacy,master of clinical knowledge and skills and patient communication skills) performance score of medical students in the two groups and the cognition of early clinical exposure of the experimental group before and after the observation were compared,and the clinical activities on the early stage of the contact evaluation of medical students in two groups was observed.Results The occupation literacy score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the awareness of early exposure to clinical activities,volunteer service of the hospital to understand,the necessity of early clinical contact,the cognition of importance of comprehensive qualities of medical students in experimental group was increased after early clinical contact,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the scores of early clinical activities evaluation of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early exposure to clinical activities can enhance the awareness of professional knowledge of medical students and improve their clinical thinking ability,and strengthen the interpersonal communication ability,is conducive to the cultivation of medical students' occupation accomplishment,it is worthy of popularization and application.
