Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of problem-based learning combined with teaching of scenario simulation in teaching of operating room nursing.Methods80 nursing students in operating room in our hospital in 2016 were selected as objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group by teaching methods,40 cases in each group.Control group was given traditional teaching, while observation group was given problem-based learning combined with teaching of scenario simulation. The theoretical score, actual operating score, teaching satisfaction, excellent rate of assessment were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe theoretical score, actual operating score in observation group were (94.14±5.21)points and (94.61±3.17)points,which were higher than those in control group[(88.78±1.47)points,(88.51±2.32)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction, excellent rate of assessment in observation group (100%,95%)were higher than those in control group (80%,75%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionProblem-based learning combined with teaching of scenario simulation in teaching of operating room nursing has excellent application effects,it can enhance nursing ability of nursing students, increase professional self-identity,strengthen responsibility, improve theoretical score and actual operating score, increase teaching satisfaction and excellent rate of assessment, which has significant application effects.
