Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer and its effect on gastrointestinal function.MethodsFrom January 2013 to January 2016,a total of 32 patients with laparoscopic radical carcinoma of colon cancer were selected as the observation group,another 30 patients with colon cancer surgery were selected as the control group.The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,start into the liquid diet time and the time of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.The changes of gastric motilin (MTL)and complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe intraoperative blood loss of patients in observation group was(86.95±11.58)ml,which was less than that in the control group [(127.34±23.47)ml],patients in observation group with postoperative anal exhaust time [(41.31±5.23)h],start into the liquid diet time [(53.97±11.76)h]and the time of hospitalization [(6.34±1.12)d]were both shorter than those in the control group [(68.56±11.17)h,(116.03±31.42)h,(10.32±2.37)d],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative MTL was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative MTL level of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the preoperative and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(9.4%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients.
