Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of operation room comprehensive nursing in reducing postoperative incision infection.MethodsFrom May 2015 to June 2016,562 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group(283 patients)and observation group(279 patients)according to the admission time.The control group was given routine operation room nursing,and the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing strategies such as training,preoperative surgical program discussions,operation room environmental management on the basis of the experience of nursing at home and abroad,as well as the experience of nursing in our department.The incision infection rate,mortality rate,nursing satisfaction and length of stay in the two groups of patients were compared.ResultsPostoperative incision infection rate and in-hospital mortality patients of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),intraoperative blood loss of patients of two groups had no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05);The patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group in the period of hospitalization and the 30%cut in the incision,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor the patients in the operation room,the application of comprehensive nursing strategies can reduce the postoperative incision infection rate,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the comfort of hospitalization and quality of care,and can reduce postoperative mortality and improve nursing efficacy.
