Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of clinical pathway nursing on perioperative negative emotion and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods Eighty-two patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the control group （n=41）and experimental group （n=41）according to a completely randomized method.In the control group，regular nursing way was used，while in the experimental group，the clinical pathway nursing way was adopted.The perioperative negative emotion and nursing satisfaction degree were compared in patients between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）and self-rating depression scale （SDS）scores in patients between the two groups before treatment （P＞0.05）.SAS and SDS scores in patients of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing （P＜0.01）and SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group （P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction degree of nursing in patients of the experimental group was 100.0%，which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 78.0%with a significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing can effectively reduce the perioperative negative emotion of patients with uterine fibroids，improve the rehabilitation efficiency，significantly increase the nursing satisfaction of patients，promote the harmony of doctor-patient relationship，and it is worthy of promotion.
