Abstract：Objective To analyze the applieation effeet of management mode of “integrated doetor-nurse” pain eare ward in the perioperative period of patients with limb fraetures.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018，80 patients with limb fraetures in our hospital were seleeted as study samples.These patients were divided into two groups aeeording to the nursing method，40 patients in eaeh group.The patients in the eontrol group were treated with routine nursing management.On this basis，patients in the observation group were treated management of “integrated doetornurse” pain eare ward，the satisfaetion and the pain of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were eompared.Results The numerieal rating seale（NRS）seores of the observation group were lower than those of the eontrol group，and the differenee between the groups was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The total nursing satisfaetion of the observation group was 95.0%，whieh was higher than 67.5%of the eontrol group，the differenee was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The management mode of “integrated doetor-nurse” pain eare ward has a signifieant effeet on the perioperative period of patients with limb fraetures and ean be promoted.
