Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative nursing in the patients with isolated kidney ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 69 patients with isolated kidney ureteral calculi who were admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were given ureteroscopic surgery.According to the perioperative nursing methods, the patients were divided into two groups:observation group(36 cases)and control group(33 cases). The control group was given routine nursing pathway. The observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention on this basis. The complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate and satisfaction in the patients in the observation group were 8.33%and 97.22%respectively.The complication rate and nursing satisfaction in the control group were 36.36%and 78.79%respectively.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During ureteroscopic surgery for isolated ureteral calculi, perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate of complications, and promote the improvement of therapeutic effects, which has a positive effect on its prognosis and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
