围术期护理在骨关节置换术中的效果观察

摘要目的探讨围术期护理在骨关节置换术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月15日～2017年5月15日我院收治的102例给予骨关节置换术治疗的患者作为研究对象，依照入院次序分为常规组和实验组，每组51例。常规组采取一般围术期护理，实验组采取围术期临床护理路径干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果实验组患者的感染发生率为1.96%，低于常规组的15.69%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者的护理满意度为94.12%，高于常规组的76.47%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者的住院时间与术后下床时间短于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者的术后并发症发生率为3.92%，低于常规组的17.65%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对行骨关节置换术的患者采取围术期临床护理路径进行干预的效果显著，便于降低术后感染的发生率，提高护理效果，值得实践推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing in the bone arthroplasty.Methods A total of 102 patients treated in our hospital by bone arthroplasty from May 15,2016 to May 15,2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the sequence of admission,they were evenly divided into conventional group and experimental group,51 cases in each group.The conventional group was provided general perioperative nursing,while the experimental group treated with clinical nursing path intervention during perioperative period.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection in the experimental group was 1.96%,lower than that in conventional group accounting for 15.69%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 94.12%,which was higher than that in the conventional group for 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospital stay and time to be off bed in the experimental group were shorter compared with those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 3.92%,lower than 17.65%in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of clinical nursing path intervention during perioperative period for patients with bone arthroplasty is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postoperative infection and improve nursing effect,which is worthy of practice and promotion.
