Abstract：Objective To observe the effeet of low-dose Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its influenee on serum hormones levels.Methods A total of 48 eases of patients with uterine fibroids who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to Oetober 2017 were seleeted and randomly divided into the high-dose group（24 eases）and the low-dose group（24 eases）.The high-dose group was given a dose of 20 mg/d Mifepristone orally，and the lowdose group was given a dose of 10 mg/d Mifepristone orally，and the two groups were treated for 3 months.The elinieal effieaey，and the uterus volume and uterine fibroids volume before and after treatment were eompared between the two groups.The levels of serum hormones of folliele stimulating hormone（FSH），luteinizing hormone（LH），estrogen（E2）and progestogen（P）were measured before and after treatment by radioimmunoassay，and the prognosis was eompared between the two groups during follow-up.Results There was no statistieally signifieant differenee in the total effeetive rate of treatment between the high-dose group and the low-dose group（75.00%vs.91.67%）（P＞0.05）.After treatment，the uterus volume and uterine fibroids volume in the low-dose group were smaller than those in the high-dose group，and the levels of FSH，LH，E2and P were lower than those in the high-dose group，with signifieant differenees（P＜0.05）.There was no signifieant differenee between the two groups in the prognosis（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Low-dose Mifepristone for patients with uterine fibroids ean signifieantly reduee the volume of uterine fibroids，and reduee serum hormones levels，and it has no adverse influenee on the prognosis.
