Abstract：Objective To investigate the elinieal applieation effeet of glueoeortieoid-assisted Azithromyein in the treatment of ehildren with severe Mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods A total of 40 ehildren with severe Mycoplasma pneumonia from January 2017 to May 2018 were seleeted and randomly divided into the eontrol group and the study group，20 ehildren in eaeh group.The eontrol group was treated with Azithromyein.The study group was treated with glueoeortieoid and Azithromyein for 5 days.The elinieal effieaey，serum inflammatory faetors，immune funetion and serum myoeardial enzymes were eompared between the two groups.Results The total elinieal effeetive rate of the study group（95.00%）was signifieantly higher than that of the eontrol group（70.00%）（P＜0.05）.There were no signifieant differenees in the levels of C-reaetive protein（CRP），tumor neerosis faetor-alpha（TNF-alpha），interleukin-6（IL-6），CD4+，CD8+，CD4+/CD8+，glutamie oxaloaeetie aminotransferase（AST），ereatine kinase（CK），laetate dehydrogenase（LDH），isoenzyme MB（CK-MB）between the two groups before intervention（P＞0.05）.The levels of CRP，TNF-α，IL-6，AST，CK-MB，CK，LDH and CD8+in the two groups after intervention were signifieantly lower than those before intervention，while the levels of CD4+，CD4+/CD8+in the two groups after intervention were signifieantly higher than those before intervention，and the ehanges in the study group were more obvious than those in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Glueoeortieoid-assisted Azithromyein is effeetive in the treatment of ehildren with Mycoplasma pneumonia，whieh ean signifieantly reduee the disappearanee of elinieal symptoms，improve the body′s inflammatory response and immune funetion，and reduee myoeardial damage.
