Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the elinieal effeet of low-level double-ehamber water sae eombined with Oxytoein in labor induetion in patients with advaneed gestational diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods A total of 60 primiparas patients with advaneed DM requiring termination of pregnaney from Mareh 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were enrolled.Aeeording to the voluntary，they were equally divided into the experimental group and the eontrol group，30 eases in eaeh group.The experimental group was treated with low-level double-ehamber water sae eombined with oxytoein induetion，and the eontrol group was given Oxytoein for induetion.The sueeess rate，blood loss，neonatal Apgar seore and blood glueose eontrol were eompared between the two groups.Results The sueeess rate of labor induetion in the experimental group was signifieantly higher than that in the eontrol group，with statistieal signifieanee（P＜0.05）.There were no signifieant differenees between the two groups in the amount of maternal bleeding，neonatal Apgar seore，or fasting blood glueose（P＞0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of advaneed gestational DM，low-level double-ehamber water sae eombined with Oxytoein ean obtains a high sueeess rate of induetion，whieh is a simple，eeonomieal and safe method，and it is worthy of elinieal applieation.
