Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effict of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the prevention and treatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage.MethodsAltogether 114 cases of pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital and suffered from postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the object of the research and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,57 cases in each group. After fetal childbirth, the control group was given oxytocin treatment, the observation group was received the treatment of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection. The hemorrhage of parturients at postpartum 0.5,0.5-1.5 and 1.5-24 h,the decrease value in hemoglobin (Hb)levels and changes in blood pressure and pulse at postpartum 24 h as well as drug adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The hemorrhage at postpartum 0.5,0.5-1.5 and 1.5-24 of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05);the decrease value in hemoglobin (Hb)levels of observation group at postpartum 24 h was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was seen in the changes in blood pressure and pulse at postpartum 24 h between the two groups(P>0.05);the two groups had no serious drug adverse reactions after treatment. Conclusion Carboprost Tromethamine Injection has more obvious advantages in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia than oxytocin, significantly reducing the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, ensuring the stable vital signs and no serious adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
