Abstract:Objective To explore application of nursing intervention in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in puerperae with vaginal delivery.Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,110 puerperaes with vaginal delivery in our Department of Obstetrics were selected and divided into conventional group and prevention group according to the different methods of nursing,each group was 55 cases.In the conventional group,regular nursing intervention was applied, while in the prevention group,prevention nursing intervention was adopted.The impact of postpartum hemorrhage by different nursing mode was compared and analyzed.Results In the prevention group,the amount of bleeding 2 h and 24 h after delivery were less than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the prevention group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum adverse reactions was not significantly different between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the postpartum hemorrhage in puerperae with vaginal delivery,and then reduce its risk and promote the prognosis,which is worthy of promotion.
