Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of Carboprost Tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Sixty cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine and Oxytocin, and the control group was treated with Misoprostol and Oxytocin. The hemorrhage amount after 2 h of postpartum, hemostasis time and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The hemorrhage amount after 2 h of postpartum[(185.69±3.95)ml vs.(308.26± 21.26)ml],hemostasis time[(18.29±2.16)min vs.(35.26±8.29)min]of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of control group (80.00%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (3.33%vs.23.33%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is significant, and it is safe.
