Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of Propofol combined with Remifentanil and Propofol combined with Sevoflurane in pediatric anesthesia. Methods A total of 118 patients who had taken the surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2014 to November 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group (59 cases)and the control group(59 cases). The observation group was anesthetized by Propofol combined with Remifentanyl, and the control group was anesthetized by Propofol combined with Sevoflurane. The anesthesia effects was compared between the two groups. Results After the surgery, the anesthesia induction time, the breathing recovery time, extubation time and the consciousness recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.86%,which was lower than 27.12%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In pediatric surgical anesthesia,Propofol combined with Remifentanil has a good anesthetic effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
