Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Remifentanil and Propofol on hemodynamics in transcervical resection of adhesions.Methods100 cases of intrauterine adhesions underwent transcervical resection of adhesions from February 17,2015 to February 17,2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table methods,50 cases in each group. The control group was given with Remifentanil, and the observation group was given Rremifentanil combined with Propofol anesthesia. The index of hemodynamics, the wake-up time,as well as the extubation time of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe MAP level in extubation in the control group was higher than that before the induction, with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of HR and MAP of the observation group at 20 min of operation begins, before extubation,at 5 min after extubation was lower than that before the operation, with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of HR and MAP between the two groups before induction(P>0.05).The level of HR and MAP of the observation group at 20 min of operation begins, before extubation,at 5 min after extubation was lower than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The wake-up time and the extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of Remifentanil combined with Propofol has a lower influence of hemodynamics in transcervical resection of adhesions, the effect of anesthesia is good, and it has good clinical promotion value.
