Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of target controlled infusion of Remifentanil combined with Propofol in brain tumor surgery. Methods A total of 66 patients with brain tumors treated in the No 334 Hospital in Nanchang from July2016 to April 2018.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,33 cases in each group. The observation group was given Remifentanil compound Propofol target-controlled infusion, and the control group was given the Fentanyl compound Propofol, the operation time, anesthesia time, extubation time, blink time, recovery time, and mean arterial pressure and heart rate were observed and assessed. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time and anesthesia time between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of extubation, blinking time and recovery time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean arterial pressure between the two groups at each time (P>0.05);Comparison of heart rate before induction in two group there was no significant difference (P>0.05);the heart rate was low after the induction in the observation group until the completion of the surgery. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Target-controlled infusion of remifentanil combined with Propofol has a high clinical value in patients with brain tumor surgery, and can ensure safety on the basis of exerting significant curative effect. It is worthy of application and promotion.
