Effects of Dezocine in different ways of administration on extubation and analgesia and sedation during recovery period after Remifentanil combined anesthesia therapy

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of two different methods of administration by intramuscular injection and intravenous injection of Dezocine on Remifentanil combined anesthesia therapy.Methods 94 patients undergoing elective surgery with Remifentanil anesthesia and treated in Liaoning Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were selected as research objects and divided into intramuscular injection group and intravenous injection group according to the random number method,47 cases in each group.Patients in two groups was respectively given 0.2 mg/kg of Dezocine by intramuscular injection or intravenous injection 30 minutes before the end of surgery.VAS scores and sedation scores at different time points,the recovery time,extubation time and respiratory recovery time,the incidence of hypotension,the use rate of Propofol and the satisfaction rate of patients were compared between two groups.Results The VAS scores of 1 hour and 2 hours when recovery in two groups was significantly higher than that when recovery (P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between 4 hours after recovery and at the time when patients woke up (P>0.05).The sedation scores of 1 hour and 2 hours after recovery were higher than that when recovery,but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).There were significant differences in VAS scores and sedation scores at same time points between intramuscular injection group and intravenous injection group(P<0.05).The recovery time,extubation time and respiratory recovery time after operation in the intramuscularinjection group was significant shorter than thatin the intravenous injection group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction and the use rate of Propofol in the intramuscular injection group was significantly lower than that in the intravenous injection group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the intramuscular injection group was significantly higher than thatin the intravenous injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine can effectively relieve the restlessness and pain of patients undergoing Remifentanil combined anesthesia,and the effect of intramuscular injection is better.At the same time intramuscular injection can also help to reduce adverse reactions and the number of analgesic drugs.
