Application of holistic nursing in painless artificial abortion

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of holistic nursing in painless abortion.Methods58 patients with painless abortion who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to October 2017 were randomized.All patients were anesthetized with Propofol and Fentanyl,and were divided into controls group(n=29)and experimental group(n=29)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine care and the experimental group was treated holistic care.The anesthetic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,heart rate and blood pressure,pain level,and nursing satisfaction were analyzed between two group.ResultsThe of good and excellent anesthetic effect and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group heart rate and blood pressure were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the painless abortion propofol combined with fentanyl,the implementation of the overall care measures,significant care effect,can not only improve the anesthetic effect,improve blood pressure and heart rate in patients,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,relieve pain,worthy of clinical application.
