Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Sufentanil in laparoscopic combined hysterectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients with gynecological laparoscopic combined hysterectomy were selected as subjects in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017.They were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to the digital parity method. The control group was used Sufentanil drug for postoperative analgesia, and the observation group was combined with Dexmedetomidine for postoperative analgesia on the basis of the control group.Postoperative analgesia was compared between the two groups. Results At 2,4 and 6 hours after surgery, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 hours after surgery, the RASS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(5.00%)in postoperative observation group was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For gynecological laparoscopic abdominal joint vaginal hysterectomy patients, clinical choice right beautifulmi on composite analgesia, the analgesic effect of satisfaction, significantly reduce postoperative 6 hours(faded)during the drugs of cardiovascular response.
