Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of Methoxamine on the blood pressure and cardiac pump function in the patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017,164 patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects.According to different methods of anesthesia, they were divided into control group (80 cases,micro-sustained pump of normal saline)and observation group(84 cases,micro-sustained pump of Methoxamine). The changes in blood pressure and cardiac pump function during the operation were observed in both groups. Results The systolic blood pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group of 2 min after induction, immediately after intubation, and 5 minutes after intubation,at 1 min after intubation, the systolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 min after induction and 1 min after intubation, the diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,5 min after intubation, the diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At 1,5,10 min after intubation, there were statistically significant differences in the changes of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure compared within the intubation (P<0.05).At 2 min after induction, the changes of LVEF and FS were compared in the observation group than in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Immediately after intubation, the changes of LVEF and FS in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05).At 1 minute after intubation, the changes of LVEF in the observation group was compared with that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 5 min and 10 min after intubation, there was no statistically significant difference in LVEF and FS between the control group and the observation group (P>0.05).At 1 min,5 min,and 10 min after intubation, the results of changes in LVEF and FS levels within each of the two groups were compared with the results immediately after intubation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of methoxamine in the patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia can maintain blood pressure stability and have minor effect on the cardiac pump function, which has a good application prospect in clinical anesthesia.
