ObjectiveTo study and compare the anesthetic effect of different doses of Oxycodone during the anesthesia induction of tracheal intubation.MethodsA total of 75 patients who
receivedof orthopedics surgery for general anesthesia of trachea intubation in the Sixth Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University,Qingyuan People′s Hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group, with 25 patients in each group. The low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group were intravenously injected with 0.20,0.25,0.30 mg/kg Oxycodone anesthesia respectively. The concentration of adrenaline, norepinephrine and the indicators of vital signs at different time points in three groups were compared.ResultsThe mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the T1of the three groups were lower than those in the T0,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In T2,T3and T4,the epinephrine, norepinephrine, mean arterial pressure and heart rate of patients in low dose group were higher than T0,medium dose group and high dose group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in epinephrine, norepinephrine, average arterial pressure and heart rate in the middle and high dose group at T2,T3and T4compared with T0(P>0.05).The epinephrine, norepinephrine, average arterial pressure and heart rate at T2,T3and T4in the middle dose group were compared with the high dose group, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionIn patients with general anesthesia in tracheal intubation, the anesthesia effect of 0.25 mg/kg of Oxycodone for anesthesia induction can reached the anesthesia effect of high dose of Oxycodone,it can effectively relieve stress response and stabilize the vital signs. It s worthy of clinic application
