Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the specific application of the combined surface anesthesia of Butorphanol in clear endotracheal intubation.MethodsFrom September 2016 to May 2017,100 patients underwent clear endotracheal intubation in our hospital were selected as the research object,according to the random numbers table method,all patients were divided into group A,group B,group C,group D,group E,20 cases in each group.Group A was given simple anesthesia,group B was given the surface anesthesia combined with 20 μg/kg Butorphanol,group C was given 40μg/kg Butorphanol surface anesthesia,group D was given 60 μg/kg Butorphanol surface anesthesia,group E was given surface anaesthesia plus Propofol and Fentanyl.The anesthetic effect of the five groups was compared.ResultsThe SpO2level of group B,group C,and group D at T2-T3were lower than that of group A,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the SpO2level at T2-T3between group A and group E(P>0 0.05).The levels of HR and MAP in group E and group A at T3were lower than that in group B,group C and group D,with significant differences(P<0.05).The level of HR and MAP at T2in group A,group B,group E group was higher than that in group C,group D,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of HR and MAP at T2between group C and group D(P>0.05).The incidence rates of nausea,cough and agitation in group A,group B,group E were significantly higher than that in group C,and the proportion of successful intubation in group A,group B,group E was lower than that in group C,group D,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the incidence rate of nausea,cough,agitation and the proportion of successful intubation between Group C and group D(P>0.05).ConclusionIn the process of clear endotracheal intubation,the dose of Butorphanol is maintained at 40-60 μg/kg,which is beneficial to reduce the stress reaction and the incidence of adverse reactions during intubation,improve the success rate of intubation,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
