Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effect of gastroscopy anesthesia in the elderly treated with Propofol combined with Dexmedetomidine. Methods A total of 88 elderly patients who received painless gastroscopy during the period from March 2016 to September 2017 were selected as observation subjects, and they were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)according to the coin method. The control group patients were given Propofol anesthesia, the observation group patients were given Propofol combined Dexmetomidine on anesthesia, two groups of patients anesthesia induction time, recovery time, check the complications and adverse reactions after the test were compared. Results The observation group of patients anesthesia induction time, wake up of time was shorter than that in the control group patients, data respectively(133.8±19.4)s vs.(147.7±20.6)s,(95.2±16.2)s vs.(116.5±22.4)s,the two groups was statistically difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the data were 4.5%and 18.2%,respectively,and the comparison of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.5%,compared with 11.4%in the control group,no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Propofol combined with Dexmedetomidine in elderly patients with painless gastroscopy anesthesia is more significant, not only can shorten the induction time and recovery time of anesthesia, but also can reduce the occurrence of complications, with safe and reliable features,it is worth in the clinical further application and promotion.
