Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography combined with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system deformity. Methods From January 2016 to August 2017,30 pregnant women with prenatal examinations of fetal central nervous system deformity in our hospital were selected as research objects. All infants were confirmed by follow-up visits after childbirth or labor induction.Pregnant women were all examined by prenatal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and MRI to analyze the combined diagnosis effect of the two methods. Results Three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and MRI were consistent with 12 cases accounting for 40.0%.There were 16 cases with supplementary diagnosis by MRI for 53.3%,and two cases with correct diagnosis which accounted for 6.7%.There was one case indicating abnormality by the detection of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound, but denied by MRI,accounting for 3.3%.The quality score of MRI image was superior to three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system deformity, the combined application of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and MRI can obtain an optimal effect, which can complement and correct the diagnostic information each other, and deserves further study and promotion.
