Abstract：Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of the lower extremity.Methods Fifty patients with venous thrombosis of lower limbs diagnosed in our hospital from February to December in 2017 were selected as the research objects,and underwent ultrasound examination and digital subtraction angiography(gold standard).The diagnosis results of the two methods were compared.Results The diagnosis rate of digital subtraction angiography was 100.00%(50/50)and ultrasound was 100.00%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of lower extremity has high diagnosis rate,plus its advantages of noninvasiveness and simple operation,which have good application and promotion value.
