Abstract：Objective To analyze the application value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound testing of trophoblast blood flow signal in early pregnancy with cesarean scar.Methods Forty-four patients with uterine scar pregnancy were selected from February 2013 to January 2017 in our hospital.All patients were given transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound detection,and compared with postoperative pathological examination results,the diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound detection was calculated,and the ultrasonographic characteristics were analyzed.Results Ultrasound examination showed that 40 cases were in accordance with postoperative pathological examination results,4 cases were missed diagnosis,clinical diagnosis coincidence rate was 90.91%(40/44).Gestational sac was embedded in uterine scar in 28 cases,mass in 10 cases and 6 cases of gestational sac were completely in the middle and lower uterine cavity or uterine cavity.Conclusion In the early diagnosis of pregnancy with cesarean scar,transvaginal color doppler ultrasound testing plays a significant role.In terms of pregnancy with cesarean scar,its sonographic feature is mainly demonstrated by the blood flow signal of the existence of low-resistent trophoblast around the gestation sac,which is really important to early accurate diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.
