Abstract:Objective To study and discuss the application effect of painless labor in obstetric delivery. Methods Fifty delivery maternal from January 2015 to November 2016 in the Department of Obstetrics of our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group(n=24)and the observation group(n=26)according to the time of admission. The control group was received traditional maternal childbirth, the observation group was given painless childbirth technology in the course of childbirth. The labor time, cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the labor time of the observation group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section with social factors and total cesarean section of maternal in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference of maternal cesarean section rate with medical factors between two groups(P>0.05).The postpartum rate and amount of 24 h postpartum hemorrhage bleeding of maternal in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the rate of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless childbirth technology in obstetric delivery can effectively reduce the rate of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia, improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
