Abstract：ObjectiveTo study and analysis of simply by abdominal ultrasound examination and combined value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of adenomyosis.Methods100 cases of patients with adenomyosis confirmed by pathology treated in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group by computers,50 cases in each group.The control group adopted simply by abdominal ultrasound examination,the observation group based on the combined transvaginal ultrasound.The diagnosis results and pathological results of the two groups were compared.ResultsCompared with the pathologic results,46 cases were diagnosed in the observation group,4 cases of misdiagnosis,the diagnosis rate was 92.0%(46/50).37 cases were diagnosed in the control group,13 cases of misdiagnosis,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 74%(37/50),the observation group was significantly higher compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group measured blood flow to the uterus artery,pulsatility index,arterial resistance index (73.24±16.32)ml/min,1.24±0.12,2.85±0.82,the control group were (106.85±16.77)ml/min,0.73±0.16,1.13±0.82,the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe combination of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of adenomyosis is significantly higher than that of simply by abdominal ultrasound examination,the former can improve the diagnosis rate,so as to provide a reliable reference for the treatment of the disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
