Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fast-track anesthesia on the heart in cardiac surgery. Methods A total of 138 patients undergoing cardiac surgery from May 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected as research subjects. The participants were divided into observation group and reference group by a random number table method, with 69 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were anesthetized by conventional anesthesia, while in the observation group, the fast-track anesthesia was adopted. The analgesic effect,alertness-sedation score(OAA/S),awake time, extubation time, hospital stay in intensive care unit(ICU)and the changes of hydrodynamic indicators were compared in the two groups. Results The analgesic effect and OAA/S score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awake time, extubation time and ICU stay in the observation group were significantly shorter compared with those in the reference group with significant differences (P<0.05).Perioperative hemodynamic performance was stable in both groups without significant changes at various time points, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of fast-track anesthesia on the heart in cardiac surgery has a good anesthetic effect, which can shorten the awake time and rehabilitation time of patients in high safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
