Abstract:Objective To explore the anesthetic effect and safety of remifentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy.M ethods 152 patients performed with painless gastroscopy in gastroenterology of our hospital from July 2015 to March 2106 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,76 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with propofol, the observation group was given remifentanil combined with propofol. The onset time and recovery timewas compared between the two groups, the change of heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2)before and after anesthesia and awakening in the two groupswas recorded. Results There was no significant difference in the onset time of anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of HR,RR,SBP,SpO2after anesthesia in the observation group was lower than that before anesthesia, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of HR,RR,SBP,SpO2before and after anesthesia (P>0.05).The level of HR,RR,SBP,SpO2after anesthesia in the observation group was lower than that after anesthesia in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 82%of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy is better,it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
